Studying, Stressed, and the Sweetest Study Break

Lately, I have not been able to get back into a productive groove, but I have been putting in all the work this week!

I’ve been in a deep focus mode, especially with my first math exam of the semester coming up. I got caught up in the mindset of go go go, but I began to feel burnt out and reminded myself that taking breaks is just as important as staying productive.

I stepped away and baked some delicious chocolate chip cookies – a simple act that shifted my headspace and completely changed my mood.

This is your reminder: Taking time for yourself isn’t a waste – it’s what keeps you going. Give yourself permission to pause every now and then.
